    Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Position Type: Full-Time

    Caseload: K-5th grade, servicing two elementary schools

    Job Description:

    Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Massachusetts. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide speech and language therapy services to an early childhood caseload. If you are passionate about helping students develop their communication skills and ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
    • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
    • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' progress.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
    • Stay current on best practices and advances in the field of speech-language pathology.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Massachusetts state licensure as an SLP.
    • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
