What You Will Do

Ready to drive quality excellence? As the Manager of Quality Engineering, you'll lead the coordination of all design quality engineering activities for Industrial Electrical Infrastructure


Your role involves:

  • Directing departmental activities to ensure design quality of new products, modifications, and test procedures.
  • Overseeing advanced quality planning, including FMEA and supplier qualification.
  • Delivering on software/firmware testing, regulatory compliance, and ensuring product release quality.
  • Managing departmental functions such as employee engagement, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
  • Overseeing key projects and recommending changes to qualityrelated policies and procedures.
  • Tackling complex issues, analyzing data, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Handling customer complaints, audit requests, and surveys.
What You Will Bring

  • Required Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Preferred Degree: Master's degree
  • 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in management
  • Required Certification(s): ASQ CQE or ISTQB CTFL
  • Preferred Certification(s): ASQ CMQ/OE or ISTQB CTAL-TM
  • Expertise in Industrial Electrical Infrastructure environments
