Reference:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our branch in Hamburg as soon as possible for the department IGK (industrial, commercial and municipal damages).


Your responsibilities:


  • Project management of restoration work for water and fire damages
  • Conducting damage assessments, evaluations, and inspections
  • Coordination of our restoration specialists and subcontractors
  • Scheduling work on construction sites
  • Monitoring and documenting progress of work to be carried out

What we expect from you:


  • Completed vocational training with a focus on craftsmanship and/or technology, preferably in the construction industry, e.g. painter, tiler, carpenter (m/f/d)
  • Additional qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d) or degree in the field of construction/engineering/architecture
  • Practical experience in construction management
  • Basic knowledge of construction cost calculation
  • Pragmatic approach to changing requirements
  • Teamwork and service orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office products
