To strengthen our team, we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our branch in Hamburg as soon as possible for the department IGK (industrial, commercial and municipal damages).
Your responsibilities:
- Project management of restoration work for water and fire damages
- Conducting damage assessments, evaluations, and inspections
- Coordination of our restoration specialists and subcontractors
- Scheduling work on construction sites
- Monitoring and documenting progress of work to be carried out
What we expect from you:
- Completed vocational training with a focus on craftsmanship and/or technology, preferably in the construction industry, e.g. painter, tiler, carpenter (m/f/d)
- Additional qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d) or degree in the field of construction/engineering/architecture
- Practical experience in construction management
- Basic knowledge of construction cost calculation
- Pragmatic approach to changing requirements
- Teamwork and service orientation
- Proficient in MS Office products
