    Description

    Job Name: Front Desk Manager
    Company: Cambria Hotel & Suites Anaheim Resort Area

    The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the Front Office operations in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner, ensuring guests receive quality service throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in the hotel industry or related field
    • Supervisory experience
    • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to communicate clearly and make quick decisions
    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Strong financial and analytical abilities
    • Skilled in handling stressful situations

    Responsibilities:

    • Address guest requests and issues promptly and courteously
    • Motivate, coach, and discipline Front Desk personnel
    • Ensure compliance with brand and company training standards
    • Conduct interviews and hiring procedures
    • Maximize room revenue through daily analysis and monitoring
    • Supervise Night Audit and house charge processes
    • Participate in training programs and staff meetings
    • Handle payroll, billing, and financial tasks
    • Maintain professional relationships and communication
    • Ensure accurate cash handling and credit policies
    • Monitor VIP guests and special requests
    • Conduct and attend meetings as required
    • Organize and maintain filing systems
    • Other duties as assigned

    Compensation:

    Minimum: USD $64,480.00/Year
    Midpoint: USD $64,480.00/Year
    Maximum: USD $77,376.00/Year
