At the earliest possible date, we are looking for support in the area of financial accounting (general ledger) at our location in Memmingen, as part of a planned succession, in full or part-time (from 30 hours/week).


You have:


  • Commercial education plus relevant further qualification ideally as a certified accountant (m/f/d)
  • Several years of experience in accounting for the general and subsidiary ledger
  • Good knowledge of tax and commercial law, confident handling of accounting software (ideally Datev) and MS Office
  • Ability to implement legal requirements in practice
  • Independent, responsible and very accurate way of working

Your tasks:


  • Competent handling of the general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable and cash book, including master data maintenance and account reconciliation in our ERP system as well as in DATEV
  • Processing of payments including liquidity control
  • Preparation of the annual financial statements and preparation of company figures for auditing, inquiries from authorities and banks
  • Preparation of VAT returns and electricity tax declarations
  • Preparation of reports in the insurance sector
  • Implementation of legal adjustments and regulations
  • Organization of processes in accounting
