Your tasks in the nursing home include ensuring basic and treatment care, caring for residents according to recognized nursing science knowledge, planning and coordinating work processes, as well as quality assurance.

You will also be responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels and representing the nursing management in their absence.

As a residential area manager with additional function as deputy nursing manager (m/f/d), your profile should include a completed training as a certified geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing nurse (m/f/d).
