Service Technician (m/f/d) for Air Conditioning and Climate Technology at Rifton
As a service technician, you will be the representative of the company and take responsibility for its external image.
What to expect from us
- Conducting error and fault analyses at the customer's location
- Determining and documenting repair costs
- Arranging for the procurement of materials and spare parts
- Independently carrying out maintenance and repair work
- Documenting material consumption
- Recording and documenting working hours
- Creating maintenance reports and protocols
What we expect from you
- You have completed training in refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, heating/air conditioning/plumbing, or electrical engineering; alternatively, a comparable qualification is also welcome
- Customer satisfaction is your top priority and you know how to act professionally and confidently with customers
- You deliver high-quality work and it is important to you
- You work independently, but also actively contribute to optimizing processes
