Description:

Ensuresafety of employeesEnsurecustomer satisfactionMonitordriver logs and post trip inspectionsInspectfacility and evaluate use of space and facilitiesOverseeand direct maintenance and preventative maintenanceDeterminetypes and quantities of products according to consumer demandAssistwith establishing operating procedures for incoming shipments, indicatingstorage tanks and warehouse storages to be usedPerformand/or oversee all facility needs including, but not limited to: employeetraining and relations, customer service and relations, product inventoryand control, facility and truck maintenance, safety, and compliance withDOT, OSHA, & EPA regulations.

Carryout supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies andapplicable laws; including planning and assigning work; and conflictresolutionOtherduties, as assignedYOUR PROFILEEducationand Experience:
Experienceas a Facility Manager and/or Assistant Facility Manager.
Associatesor bachelors, preferred; will consider experience/training in combinationor in lieu of education.
Ability to multi-task

Manages multiple tasks at one time; quickly andaccurately shifts attention among multiple tasks under distractingconditions without loss of accuracy or appearance of frustration.

Communication skills

Reads, writes and speaks fluent English, usingappropriate grammar, style and vocabulary.

Correctly spells commonly usedEnglish words and job specific terms. Demonstrates exceptionally strongwritten and verbal communication skills. Uses presence and command skillsto influence without authority and partner with a diverse group ofassociates.
Organizational ability

Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying outassignments.

Is very orderly and excels at cutting through confusion andturning chaos into order. Able to work independently when required orprofessionally with facility personnel to get job tasks performed.
