    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with Chief Development Officer, VP Real Estate, and Sr. Dir of Real Estate to lead Fogo's real estate strategy and market development initiatives.
    • Manage third-party analytics providers to drive decisions and strategy implementation through data-driven insights.
    • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor data to support decision-making processes.
    • Assist in updating development pipeline status reports and site acquisition analysis.
    • Lead site development package assembly and coordinate internal reviews.
    • Collaborate on site acquisitions negotiations and deal economics.

    Competencies:

    • Passion for restaurant real estate development.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze trends systematically.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Education, Experience & Travel Required

    • 5+ years of Real Estate development experience, with at least 2 years in the restaurant industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
    • Occasional travel may be required. On-site position based in Dallas, TX.

    Computer Skills:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software. Knowledge of GIS is a plus.

    Physical Demands:

    Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, travel, and stand for extended periods. Requires resilience and mental toughness to handle high-stress situations.

    Compensation:
