- Ensures accurate and timely processing and recording of invoices and purchase orders in a bid to ensure the closing of the US books appropriately.
- Records purchase invoices in the ERP system.
- Review purchase request forms and generate purchase orders.
- Processes checks for payments to vendors.
- Receives inventory and transfers of inventory between and among sales reps.
- Assists in monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts.
- Prepare annual 1099 forms.
- Collect Form W9 from vendors and complete vendors set up in the ERP system.
- Prepare journal entries for month-end close.
- Assist with annual audit as necessary.
- Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
- Special projects as required by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge accounting principles
- Excellent excel skills.
- A working knowledge of ERP systems would be a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
