    We have an excellent opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team in the IT, Financial Planning and Performance.

    Develop your Full Stack technical skills as you deliver new capabilities maximizing new tools, technologies, and processes.

    You work in a collaborative environment that enables you to develop your leadership skills as you work with a team of committed engineers and interact with business partners towards addressing their unique and exciting requirements.


    Responsibilities include:


    You will work with a team of analysts & engineers on multiple sophisticated data sets to accelerate operational and strategic data-driven decision-making.

    You will be accountable to lead your area of work, be hands-on, deep dive into any part of the application and be comfortable to work in a sprint based, agile environment.

    The ideal candidate will be technically strong in Full Stack tools and technologies, adapt to changes and be productive in an environment that includes incremental improvements.

    Identifying and prioritizing business and technical requirements using agile methodologies

    Work with a variety of product owners, scrum masters and agile development teams across different time zones

    Who you are:
    A bachelor's degree holder in Engineering or Computer Science.

    An experienced, hardworking, and result-oriented professional who enjoys digging into complicated problems and exploring details of Full Stack processes and metholdologies.

    Someone who understands technology, takes complete ownership, leads by example, and thrives in bringing clarity to ambiguous situations.

    A standout colleague capable of influencing within and outside of the team, as well as being an agent for change and transformation.

    Above all, if you are passionate about performing Full Stack development work associated with Business Intelligence and Data & Analytics tools, you are the right candidate.

    2-4 years of experience leading Full Stack activities on complex high-volume applications across Dev, Stage and Production environments.

    Experience to Design, Develop, Complete, Support and Lead all aspects of Software Engineering associated with Full Stack development activities

    Front-end Languages and Frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

    Backend Technologies and Frameworks (NodeJS, ExpressJS, Django, Flask, C++)

    Database Management Systems (MySQL, SQL SERVER and PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle Database)

    Version Control and Web Hosting Platforms

    Investigate Data issues/product in order to make improvements to achieve better stakeholder satisfaction

    Plan, build and manage the overall Software Development strategy

    Collaborate with the Development teams to ensure consistent project execution

    Experienced in Agile development methodologies and DevOps with outstanding communication and collaboration skills

    Understanding of software development lifecycles and tools, including design and operations

    Experienced in facilitating estimation sessions and value driven decision making.

    Identify process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
