    Job Summary/Company:

    Sparks Group partner, a national Healthcare Association, is seeking a passionate and experienced [HYBRID] PAC and Grassroots Advocacy Manager to develop and execute strategic initiatives that increase engagement with our members and advance the organization's advocacy priorities. Reporting to the Vice President of Public Policy and Political Affairs, you will play a key role in fundraising, communications, and grassroots program development, while also supporting the annual Advocacy Summit and serving as a liaison to key stakeholder groups. This role provides hybrid schedule to their District of Columbia office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Fundraising & Management: Collaborate with VP to develop and implement fundraising strategies, track contributions, manage donor programs.
    • Communications & Content Creation: Develop engaging content for all materials, support leadership in articulating messages through presentations and digital channels.
    • Grassroots Advocacy: Cultivate and expand network of member advocates, mobilize members to advance policy initiatives, stay updated on best practices.
    • Advocacy Summit: Assist with planning and execution of annual summit, support committee, provide logistical support and collaborate with departments.
    • Policy & Advocacy Resident Work Group: Serve as liaison to engage and educate young professionals about the association's advocacy efforts.
    • Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with relevant groups and stakeholders, increase advocate numbers and leverage volunteers.

    Qualifications/Background Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in political science, social science, or a related field relevant to government or healthcare.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in government relations, project management, or advocacy with proven success in campaign development and execution.
    • Proficiency in membership databases and MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) required.
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and requests effectively.
    • Knowledge of government and regulatory processes, including campaign finance law, is essential.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
    • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately, including memoranda, correspondence, white papers, and similar materials.
