Sales Back Office Employee (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:


  • Customer service via phone, email, video
  • Receiving customer requests from our domestic and international customers
  • Coordinating order processing and deviations from deadlines with the relevant departments
  • Compiling documents for creating offers and preparing offers
  • Following up on offers and drawing approvals
  • Coordinating information flow between the sales department and field sales
  • Managing ERP and maintaining master data for salesrelated information

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Good knowledge and experience with all common office programs
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
  • Preferably several years of professional experience in sales/order processing
