The FAR Group is a certified education provider in the field of transportation and logistics, as well as a driving school for all classes and personnel leasing, and freight forwarding.
We are currently seeking a part-time employee for administration in Aberdeen, ID.
As an administrative staff member at FAR Group, you will represent the company and be the first point of contact for customers, employees, and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Processing administrative tasks (maintaining customer data, document management, archiving)
- Monitoring administrative tasks
- Creating quotes
- Handling customer inquiries
- Assisting with procurement and logistics
- Providing customer support and assistance through phone, inperson, and written communication
- Staff scheduling
- Basic bookkeeping (creating invoices)
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form to independently handle mail and phone calls
- Teamwork skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and high standards for quality
- Customer service orientation and enjoyment of interacting with customers
- Organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Flexibility and ability to work in a solutionoriented manner
- Experience with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
