    Territorial Sales Manager job summary

    Celebrating almost 75 years in business, our commercial building supplier client is looking for a results-driven Territorial Sales Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.     Territorial Sales Manager job duties
    • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
    • Perform cost/benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling as well as maintain existing accounts.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
    • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
    • Continuously improve through feedback
    Territorial Sales Manager requirements
    • Proven work experience as a sales Manager
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and there is specialized software training.
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
    • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • Knowledge of steel products is a plus with a good understanding of math/geometric design, ability to read a tape and/or understanding of blueprints is helpful.
    • Travel out of Lubbock on an average of two nights per week. Company provides a vehicle for company use and travel expenses. Base salary of 52,000 plus commission structure once in the field. Company has paid health insurance, 401K, PTO.
    Territorial Sales Manager compensation

    The selected candidate will enjoy a competitive salary based upon the skills and expertise they bring to the table as well as paid holidays, paid vacation, medical & dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401k.
