    The Inside Sales Manager plays a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role will focus primarily on customer acquisition and involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals and other types of leads. This role will use various scripts, presentations, and other methods to provide prospective clients with descriptions of the services (or products) in order to generate interest to move forward in the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken and enthusiastic about helping match clients with solutions and close sales.

    Responsibilities:

    A successful candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships and generate sales in a fast-paced technology environment. Must be able to collaborate in a team environment, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and hold yourself accountable to the highest standards.

    • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls and/or sending e-mails to potential clients
    • Maintain a solid understanding of current services (or products) and solutions
    • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
    • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or other resources
    • Develop new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients, performing inbound lead follow-up, and outbound cold calls and e-mails
    • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
    • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
    • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
    • Tracking daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
    • Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
    • Closing sales and working with the sales team throughout the sales process as necessary

    Qualifications:

    • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
    • Persuasive and goal-oriented
    • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
    • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
    • High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
    • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
    • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
    • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint,

    Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
