The Sr.
Supply Chain Excellence Coach provides the coaching and training required to guide Operations Excellence through the establishment and implementation of Lean principles across the BU Supply Chain leadership team.
This role is responsible for assessing and developing capabilities required to create sustainable improvement and set the desired pace of operations excellence execution.
The role will also work with the Supply Chain functions to ensure consistency and standardization of best practices and tools.
The work ranges from leading and facilitating key improvement work with BU leadership to coaching leaders across the end-to-end supply chain.
In this role, you will:
People and LeadershipAccountable for successful implementation of best practices and standard work, leading to desired supply chain performance outcomes across multiple business unitsCoach business unit leadership on Operations Excellence implementation including Leading & Managing Change, Value Chain Alignment, and Human Capital TRACCsCoach business unit leadership on integration of supply chain excellence tools including creating and maintaining the best practice governance processCoach business unit leadership on the sequencing of standard processes using the TRACC RoadmapIdentify and diagnose any barriers (capabilities, behaviors, resources) to successful implementation of best practices and expected performance, and partner with supply chain leadership to develop corrective plans; influencing, coaching, teaching, and routinesConduct process health checks, GEMBA, and learn from previous ways of working to enable pace of implementation and new change management routinesFacilitate training and improvement activities with leadership and supply chain resourcesConnect business, division, and local imperatives to the Operations Excellence work within the supply chainProvide strong communication to the Operations Excellence team as well as analyze and review resultsStay connected and updated on current local and market trends in order to support better positioning through Operations ExcellenceParticipate in leadership pilot (learning/modeling) activities in key parts of the supply chainTechnical and BusinessProvide Reliability Engineering and Constraint management coachingQualified in the key Leadership TRACCs Leading & Managing Change, Value Chain Alignment, and Human CapitalQualified in Master Training of Training Process Able to lead and facilitate standardized training.
Able to implement and facilitate the standard Clorox Tiered Management SystemAble to coach and execute problem solving to drive key results.

Able to coach a supply chain team through the steps of Maturity, up to Stage 5Able to take the current best practices and standards to the next levelAble to fully comprehend the assessments and plans for all operations teams (mfg, supply chain planning, procurement, logistics) and apply knowledge to coach/teach/facilitate/guideWhat we look for:Bachelors Degree Supply Chain or Engineering or equivalent work experience7 years in supply chain with experience in varying supply chain leadership rolesStrong and proven communication and training skills along with the proven ability to influence leaders to execute operations excellence best practicesExperience in leading organizational change in other parts of the supply chain (i.e. Planning, Logistics, or Global Strategic Sourcing)Leadership and execution of improvement activities at varying organizational levelsExperience in development and delivery of technical trainingAbility to maintain high contribution while traveling up to 50%Interpersonal skills to effectively influence people to do new work with the proven ability to plan and execute multiple projects/activities.
Experience Leading an organization in a TPM or Lean EnvironmentExperience in coaching TPM or Lean methodologiesExperience implementing TRACC continuous improvement methodology preferredExperience in leading organizational change in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Zone A:
$121,900 - $240,100Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100All ranges are subject to change in the future. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
This job is also eligible for participation in Cloroxs incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
