Job Description:

You will respond to customer inquiries through inbound phone calls and emails after the purchase and installation of their solar panels.
You will identify problems on the customer's side and discuss potential solutions or refer them to the appropriate contact person.
You will implement our vision for a "wow" customer experience using detailed templates.
