YOUR MISSION:
Depending on your level of experience, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Checking, recording, and posting all accounting transactions
- Reviewing, processing, and resolving open items in accounts payable
- Conducting payment runs
- Processing customer orders
- Placing orders, coordinating delivery dates, and creating delivery notes
- Creating outgoing invoices and credit notes
YOUR SKILLS:
-
Completed commercial education
- Several years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with DIAMANT and INFOR is a plus, but not required
- Good German and English skills
- Proactive and accurate work style
