Modern Desktop Administrator Associate at Innovative Solutions

This role requires your presence at our office and is not suited for remote work currently.

Responsibilities

Develop a cutting-edge desktop and device strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
Create and manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace solutions while overseeing their future plans.
Establish identity services to support secure access for Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
Define and manage identity provisioning services and role-based access controls, implement automated workflows for directory objects, and services management.
Maintain directory structure, security, policies, and naming standards.
Automate systems deployment, operation, and management through script development and maintenance.
Configure, secure, and monitor devices and client applications within an enterprise setting.
Offer Level 3 support for Service Desk issues and incidents.
Perform after-hours maintenance and support tasks.

Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.
Expertise in Azure AD, identity security, compliance, and hybrid cloud management.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Windows Server operating systems, and Active Directory.
Knowledge of SSO-related software like ADFS, OAuth, Okta, or other providers.
Skills in PowerShell scripting and utility scripts.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of IT experience.

Preferred Certification Requirements

Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace.
