Customer Service Representative AAA Northern New England is seeking a Membership Call Receiver to respond to incoming member requests for our membership and member services departments. This position will be responsible for insuring that the member receives prompt and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
Answering questions from and providing information to members via telephone regarding their membership including explanation of AAA benefits and privileges.
Assist in completing enrollment of membership for new members as well as take membership dues for renewals and maintain existing memberships.

Knowledge of AAA programs and benefits.
Must have good verbal and written communications skills.
Must be familiar with billing codes, cycle periods, expiration dates and procedures for prorating membership fees.
Familiarity with U.S. geography and highway systems preferred.
Compensation:
Starting pay at $16.00 per hour
Quarterly plus annual incentive plan
