Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls scheduling service, maintenance, and follow up appointments with competitive urgency.
• Address issues and requests from customers by working with the service team to providing solutions and manage service technician schedules through the use of Service Titan software.
• Utilize Service Titan software to track service calls, technician routes, and availability, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters/concerns.
• Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Enter data in Service Titan software to maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.
• Maintain communication with technicians throughout service visits, adjusting dispatching as necessary to accommodate unexpected situations or emergencies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Selfmotivated, energetic and well organized.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
