Complaints Manager (m|w|d)

Your tasks

You are responsible for processing customer complaints for couplings from all over the world.
This includes finding solutions (independently as well as in interdisciplinary teams) to restore customer satisfaction for 0-km and field complaints.
You will also monitor and escalate incoming complaints in corresponding committees.
Identifying potential quality problems and assessing risk potential are also part of your responsibilities, as well as supporting the warranty management department.
