Motivated and dedicated apprentices are the heart of the team at Schloss Elmau.

In the diverse and comprehensive training, you will get to know the most important departments of the hotel, depending on your interests.

This includes 8 restaurants, the kitchen, and purchasing/warehouse management.

The dual training is divided as follows:
1st year of training: 3 days at the hotel, 2 days at vocational school
2nd year of training: 4 days at the hotel, 1 day at vocational school
3rd year of training: 4 days at the hotel, 1 day at vocational school
