    Position Overview:
    The Corporate Recruiter will support the full cycle recruiting efforts for our Presbyterian Homes Communities. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring candidates for administrative/clerical, professionals, and healthcare roles, and onboarding.

    This position will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnership with stakeholders, and identify "fit" through effective interviewing and testing when applicable.

    They will also help develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.


    Essential Functions:
    Creates strong partnership with hiring managers, department heads and other stakeholders to proactively address staffing needs.
    Develops and implements innovative recruitment strategies for all exempt, non-exempt, and temporary personnel.

    Responsible for the recruitment process for Lake Forest Place, The Moorings of Arlington Heights, Westminster Place and Presbyterian Homes Corporate Office.

    Responsible for communities internal and external position postings.
    Develops and implements effective and efficient internal interview processes by partnering with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders.
    Schedules and manages interview logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
    Maintains excellent communication with applicants throughout the entire process.
    Responsible for offer letter generation, tracking, changes and acceptance.
    Hires candidates in Applicant Tacking System (ATS).
    Sends new hire paperwork through Applicant Tacking System (ATS) and DocuSign

    Responsible for all pre-employment activities including initiating background checks, pre-employment physical, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to all necessary parties.

    Other duties as assigned.


    Skills/Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. PHR or SHRM CP certification preferred.
    2-5 years' experience of recruiting / Talent Acquisitions and/or related field including internships such as education
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Strong creative and innovative skills
    Strong organizational, customer service skills
    Strong attention-to-detail and follow through skills
