    Corporate Recruiter
    We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our client's dynamic HR team. This role is crucial in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to contribute to our company's triumph. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of recruitment tactics, exceptional communication abilities, and a dedication to fostering robust relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This opportunity is for a Direct Hire position near Oakbrook IL.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies.
    • Source candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
    • Evaluate resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
    • Organize and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates.
    • Guide the interview process, offering assistance to both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Perform reference checks and background screenings as required.
    • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure favorable candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey.
    • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and uphold precise recruitment data.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and optimal strategies in recruitment and talent acquisition.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience as a corporate recruiter or in a comparable role
    • Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and premium practices.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
    • Aptitude to function effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment utilities.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
    • Exposure to diversity recruiting initiatives is an advantage.
    • Applicable certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are favorable but not mandatory.

    Job Details:

    • Direct Hire
    • Monday-Friday
    • Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 contingent on experience
