    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the

    Director of Brand & Product Marketing .

    As the leader of our marketing efforts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.

    We are growing at a rate of 30% year over year and need the right marketing leader who can propel us to the next level.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and manage a comprehensive yearly budget for the marketing team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic objectives.

    Effectively communicate and reinforce the brand identity and messaging to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
    Utilize marketing data analytics to identify key trends and insights, informing strategic decision-making and optimizing campaign performance.
    Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our marketing initiatives.
    Represent the company at industry conferences and events to expand networks, gain insights, and stay ahead of market developments.

    Oversee the development and execution of our social media strategy, driving engagement, creating content, and brand awareness across relevant platforms.

    Explore partnerships and collaborations to expand our brand's reach and access new customer segments.
    Spearhead the creation of thought leadership content, such as e-books and whitepapers, positioning our company as an industry leader.

    Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, affiliate programs, and more, to optimize performance and ensure a strong ROI.

    Generate comprehensive marketing reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, providing valuable insights into performance metrics and ROI.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing or MBA preferred, with a strong foundation in marketing principles and strategic planning for an E-commerce based business.

    Ten + years of Marketing and Brand management experience.
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
    Customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
    Experience in content creation, demonstrating creativity and proficiency in developing engaging marketing collateral.
    Proficiency in SEO and PPC strategies, with relevant certifications considered a plus.
    Results-driven mentality, with a proven track record of achieving marketing goals and driving business outcomes.
    Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
    Analytical mindset, capable of identifying problems, analyzing data, and developing strategic solutions to drive continuous improvement.

    Possess a strong understanding of ecommerce market place platforms, such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target and how to grow a customer base within those platforms.

    Strong leadership focus, entrepreneurial mindset and not afraid to get hands dirty to get the job done.
