We are currently seeking an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) for our location in Dülmen.

Your responsibilities include...

Order acceptance and processing
Coordination with dispatch
Entry of delivery notes
Invoicing
Telephone customer service
General correspondence
Maintenance of master data
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Checking incoming invoices
Preparation of balance sheets
Contract maintenance
Ordering office supplies and work clothing.

You bring with you...

Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar qualification
Several years of professional experience desirable
Enjoyment of telephone customer service
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
Good knowledge of SAP desirable
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills
Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
Independent, crossfunctional, and solutionoriented work style.
