We are currently seeking a Calculator (m/f/d) for our construction projects in the field of high-rise buildings at our headquarters in Marienfeld.

Responsibilities:

You will create and calculate offers for our turnkey highrise construction projects
You will develop construction concepts and offers in close cooperation with internal and external departments
You will develop proposals for technical and economic optimization of construction projects
You will manage requests for proposals from subcontractors and suppliers
You will support in negotiations and awarding of contracts
You will create performance specifications and maintain calculation data

Qualifications:

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
You are able to work independently and accurately
Ideally, you have previous experience in the calculation of highrise construction projects
