    Data Analyst

    Are you ready to dive into the world of data as a Data Analyst? In this role, you'll be at the heart of our data-driven decision-making process, becoming a go-to expert in data and reporting. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with teams to fine-tune, troubleshoot, and meet reporting needs. We're looking for someone with a blend of top-notch development skills, sharp analytical abilities, and the knack for creating intricate queries and data models that align with our goals. Being adaptable to the ever-evolving business landscape is a must.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Technical Expertise: Master the art of technical data and reporting, refining and troubleshooting requirements across different areas.
    • Data Modeling: Craft complex queries and data models to cater to specific reporting needs with precision.
    • Dashboard and Report Production: Create and maintain dashboards and reports used throughout the organization.
    • Problem Solving: Harness your development and analytical prowess to brainstorm solutions to business issues, fostering our innovative and improvement-driven culture.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Eligibility: Must have authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available at the moment.
    • SQL Programming: Minimum of 2 years' experience in SQL programming is a must.
    • Business Intelligence Reporting: Minimum of 2 years' experience in crafting business intelligence reports using tools like Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
    • Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail and a robust quality assurance process are crucial.
    • Other programming languages: Proficiency in Python at an intermediate level is advantageous.
    • Independent Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to tackle complex problems autonomously with a curious and analytical approach.
    • Adaptability: Quick adaptability, effective project management amidst competing priorities, and the courage to challenge conventions are highly valued.
    • Data Interpretation: Sharp grasp of data interpretation and the ability to swiftly extract key insights from intricate datasets.
