Join our team as a Production Team Leader (m/f/d) for food at our location in Rheine.

Here's what you can look forward to:
As a Team Leader (m/f/d), you are the driving force that leads your team to success. You recognize and promote the potential of your employees and continuously develop them. You lead a team of 12 to 15 employees.

You have a firm grip on the production process and manage, coordinate, and monitor the production of our menu components and dishes for our customers.

Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that hygiene and quality requirements are always met. You ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Furthermore, you are not only a doer (m/f/d), but also a creator (m/f/d) of the future. You actively work on optimization projects and initiate your own projects. You proactively communicate with all relevant interfaces in the apetito world.
