Your responsibilities

Planning and managing complex customer projects within the given time, cost, and quality requirements, focusing on support, rollout, and training, as well as taking over support responsibilities after customer acceptance

Service and operations management:
shaping and implementing service-related contracts, identifying potential for optimization and establishing best practices; managing and ensuring performance acceptance and implementing error correction measures; coordinating DevOps teams, external suppliers, and service partners in troubleshooting; identifying, coordinating, and managing change requests and expansion requests

Offer management, including consulting for sales; coordinating the creation of offers; participating in offer requirements, tenders, and contract drafts

Customer management, including contract controlling; collaboration with customer or end customer project managers; committee work (steering committee)

Project management within the project or sub-project

Supplier and partner management, including managing suppliers and partners in collaboration with relevant departments

Coaching and mentoring of existing and new team members

Your profile

Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field of study

Several years of experience in coordinating complex projects or service operations and managing partners and suppliers

Certification in ITIL or similar organizations is advantageous

Proficiency in project and risk management tools, as well as project controlling and reporting

Knowledge of contract design in international project business

Competencies in leading project and DevOps teams; systematic, goal-oriented, and independent work style;
