    Description

    Whatyou wouldbe doing:
    As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)you are a key member of the facility leadership team.
    You willsupport the Director of Nursingto plan, coordinate and manage the nursing department,residentcareand services.
    You will actively leadthe facility's Infection Control and Restorative Programs; andserve as a mentor and coach tothe nursingteam.

    Whatyourwork schedulewould be:
    This is afull-time position working 8:00a.m . to 5:00p.m.

    Thesuccessfulcandidate:
    Hasalicense to practice as a registered nurse (RN)in the State of Michigan with a preference for aBSN.

    Has a minimumoftwoyears' experiencein long term care management.

    Maintains a strongunderstanding of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
