Welcome to our team! We are currently looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our facility leadership team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee the nursing department, resident care, and services. Your responsibilities will also include leading the Infection Control and Restorative Programs and providing guidance and support to the nursing staff.
To excel in this role, you must possess a valid RN license in the State of Michigan, with a preference for a BSN. Additionally, a minimum of two years' experience in long term care management is required. A solid grasp of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities is essential.
