- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
- Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.
- Document all issues, activities, and resolutions using consistent and clear language.
- Utilize knowledgebase and suggest documentation improvements.
- Perform other duties, as assigned by the immediate supervisor, Executive Director or Chief Technology Officer, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of application systems.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- Five (5) years of supporting and developing computer application programs, utilizing relational databases
- Five (5) years school district experience supporting Student/Business Information Systems (preferred)
- Experience with SQL or T-SQL
- Experience as a project team member
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) - (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and equipment maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to work independently and with teams on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
