    Systems Analyst

    Location: Westlake, TX (Near Denton County, TX) – 1 week onsite, 3 weeks remote à this will be changing to 2 weeks onsite, 2 weeks remote in September 2024)

    Duration: 6+ months + extensions

    Work Authorization: USC, GC, EAD – must work on a W2

    Contract: W2 ONLY

    About the Position:

    Job Description:

    The Health Care Technology Group (HCG) supports the recordkeeping and administration of Health Benefits (Medical, Dental and Vision plans) as well as the Health Savings and Reimbursement Account plans on behalf of their employees and retirees. The Technology associates on the HCG Platform team interact with Business partners as well as Systems partners who have responsibility for client-facing channels such as NetBenefits. The development teams are located across USA and India. Team size is 150+ resources across IT and Product organized into highly motivated team who develop and deliver using Agile Methodology.

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required with 6+ years of experience
    • Strong SQL
    • Proven data analysis skills
    • Strong data modeling skills doing either Dimensional or Data Vault models
    • Basic AWS Experience
    • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
