Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the local transport department
  • You analyze key figures and initiate measures for their improvement
  • You make a significant contribution to achieving the strategic goals of the branch
  • You act as a competent contact person for customers, service providers, all internal departments and branches
Your profile

  • You have successfully completed training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services, ideally with specialized further training
  • You have relevant professional experience in personnel management and extensive knowledge in local truck transport
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills and a confident appearance
  • A proactive, structured and sustainable way of working, persuasiveness and a strong ability to think and act are your strengths
  • Negotiable German language skills in spoken and written complete your profile
