- Provide guidance and leadership to Servers, Coordinate day-to-day workflow, reviews work assignments, provide training, and provide input into performance evaluations.
- Support an environment of high efficiency, quality, and customer service.
- Processes guest payment transactions accurately and closes out table. Balances all payment methods with accuracy to the sales report.
- Assist management with the creation of the Event Work Schedule and planning of events.
- Two years of food service experience, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You have a valid current Food Handlers Card or willingness and ability to obtain one within 3 days of employment.
- You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
