    At The Counter, our intention is not only to meet our guest's expectations, but to exceed them. This requires a true commitment and dedication on our staff's part.

    In addition to this, you will receive hands on training and guidance that will leave you with the tools necessary to provide our guests with an exceptional level of hospitality.

    Server, servers, waiter, waiters, wait staff is generally offered as a part time restaurant job.


    Prior experience server, servers, waiter, waiters, wait staff, runner, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member, customer service or other part time FOH restaurant jobs highly desirable.

    Requirements/Responsibilities

    • At least 2 years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment but we will train the right candidate.
    • A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
    • Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
    • Punctual, patient, and mindful
    • Working knowledge of and experience POS
    • Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Good team player
    • Provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service
    • The ability to multi task and work well in a high volume work environment
    • Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
    • Must have valid or be able obtain a food handler card in first 30 days
