    **Restaurant Server (Napa Valley, CA)**

    **Position Overview:**

    The Server is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions. Duties include describing menu features, overseeing table maintenance and monitoring guest satisfaction during meal service. Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic and professional manner. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service. We place a huge emphasis on personalizing our guest's experience, so the ability to read and connect with people, and to use your intuition, experience, and knowledge to create unique and engaging experiences is essential.

    **Position Qualifications:**

    We seek Food & Beverage Professionals who understand it's our staff that makes the difference between a good meal and an incredible experience. We want to create memorable experiences worth repeating with each guest and we need your help to do it Ideal candidates will have upscale or fine dining restaurant experience, and excellent knowledge of cuisine, wine sales and service, spirits and service etiquette. Applicants should also have work experience in high volume establishments, are comfortable speaking to small and medium sized groups, perform well under pressure, and are looking to advance in the food and beverage/hospitality industry.

    **Basic Qualifications:**

    High school or equivalent education required.

    Positive attitude.

    Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

    Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.

    Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.

    Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
