- Provide customers with friendly & helpful service during their experience at the Coop by safely assisting with pick-ups, staging products for deliveries, loading/unloading of products utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Fill propane tanks
- Complete timely & accurate inventory counts
- Stage & organize materials in the warehouse
- Cross-train with retail store team learning the point-of-sale equipment to help with customer transactions
- Help maintain a professional and clean appearance of the store & warehouse
- Hours may vary between 20-30hrs per week depending on store needs

- This position will work within both an indoor warehouse setting, but will also be responsible for working outdoors at times to assist with customer needs on deliveries, pick-ups, etc.

- No minimum education requirement or years of professional experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Able and willing to work Saturdays when scheduled; prefer closing shifts (Mon-Fri, 2pm-6:15pm)
- Prefer six (6) months of experience in a warehouse environment operating a forklift and helping move and stage palletized materials, assisting with customer pick-ups and deliveries, complete inventory counts, etc.
- Able and willing to fill propane tanks, following on-the-job training
- Forklift Certification or the willingness and ability to obtain the certification through on-the-job training
- A passion and enthusiasm to work with our cooperative customers to help improve and overcome any challenges related to their needs
- The ability to focus and work safely in all aspects of the job
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- A knack for relationship building and problem-solving
- A desire to learn, grow and work as a cross-functional team member with other divisions within EverGRO
