Key Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to established procedures and standards.
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Accurately record received goods into the inventory management system and ensure proper storage.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, organizing shelves, and disposing of packing materials.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or other equipment as required.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all staff.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare orders for shipment by packaging items securely and labeling them accurately.
  • Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in a pick/pack/ship role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely, up to [insert weight limit] pounds.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in a Utility role or willingness to crosstrain in various warehouse tasks is a plus.

Working hours:
Can Start as Early 6:30AM or as late as 9AM- Work 8 hour shift ; 2nd Shift PT-4PM - 8PM & 3rd Shift: 10PM-6:30AM
