    Description


    Medical Assistant Seattle, WA 98101 Hemophilia Treatment Center in Seattle Washington looking for a Medical Assistant to join their team.

    This Clinic is located Downtown Seattle in a beautiful office filled with warm, caring, and supportive culture.


    Overview of Responsibilities:

    Escort patients to examination rooms, obtain vital signs, review and reconcile pertinent patient information and history in preparation for appointment with the provider.

    Successfully collaborate and work in support of the team to ensure efficient and quality patient care Successfully work in a fast-paced, changing environment with effective time management and ability to multitask and prioritize workload Schedule patient appointments, answer the telephone, and follow-up with patients/families in a professional and courteous manner Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information Sustain excellent patient interactions using clear communication and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain acceptable standards of office conduct Punctual, regular, timely, and dependable attendance Front desk duties, scheduling, and medication/allergy reconciliation.

    Obtaining telemedicine consent and updating emergency contacts. Laundry tasks and processing records requests.


    Requirements:
    Minimum 1 Year Experience Certified MAs MA-C BLS Certification EHR

    Experience Additional Skills:
    Lab Draw / Processing Experience Hematology Experience Schedule/Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Monday -
    Friday Contract Length: 1040 Hours. Opportunity to convert to permanent hire after satisfactory completion of contract.


    Pay:
    $ $33.00/hr (Dependant on experience)
