    Credentialing Specialist Position at XYZ Healthcare:
    As a Credentialing Specialist at XYZ Healthcare, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all providers meet the necessary credentialing requirements. Check out the details below:

    Duties:
    - Facilitate provider credentialing processes including initial appointment, reappointment, and audits.
    - Conduct clinical privileging for Medical Staff and Allied Health Professionals.
    - Utilize MDStaff credentialing software for background checks and data maintenance.
    - Interpret and ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies.

    Responsibilities:
    - Manage all aspects of provider credentialing and re-credentialing.
    - Renew physician licenses in a timely manner.
    - Complete primary source verification for new and existing providers.
    - Maintain accurate physician files and database entries.
    - Provide credentialing back-up for team members.
