We are currently seeking a Facility Management Assistant to support our Facility Management department at our Mönchengladbach location.

Your responsibilities:

Are you eager to use your expertise to support our Facility Manager in their tasks? As the heart of Facility Management, you will lay the foundation for the success of our projects.

You will assist with the organization of the following topics:


  • Building management (new construction, renovation, maintenance)
  • Administration of operating spaces
  • Environment
- and energy management (electrical engineering, climate control, etc.)

  • Maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of buildings and facilities (workspaces, outdoor areas)
  • Information Security Management System
  • Reception and telephone switchboard
