About us

OPTIMEX Services GmbH has been successfully operating as a customer service provider in the non-food sector for over 15 years.

In addition to running an online shop and creating product information, our main focus is on handling customer complaints.

Our heart is our IT department, which provides the infrastructure for all company processes and develops user software tailored to our employees.

This includes optimizing processes, developing and implementing new features into our existing inventory and ticketing system, expanding our standard feature set, and making individual system adjustments.

We also ensure and improve security standards, document all software processes and changes, and maintain the operation of our web interfaces and online shop.

As a specialist in application development, you will also work on interdisciplinary projects and communicate with third-party providers, customers, and departments.

Requirements:

Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable IToriented education/studies
Several years of experience as an application developer
Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex IT requirements
Programming knowledge (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C++)
Knowledge of MySQL and Linux
Experience with SOAP and/or REST API
Structured work style and high quality awareness
Fluent communication in English and German
