Your responsibilities - As a member of the quality assurance team, you will be responsible for analyzing quality deficiencies and implementing sustainable solutions from both internal and external sources.

You will apply common quality methods
You will prioritize quality deviations to ensure optimal resolution
You will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of implemented measures
You will also act as a key contact for our suppliers to ensure optimal delivery quality and handle supplier complaints
You will support production in addressing non-conformities and lead 8D meetings
You will also oversee the transition of development projects to series production

Your profile

You have successfully completed training in metal processing or a technical field, ideally with additional training as a master/technician or a technical degree
You have strong problem-solving skills
You are a solution-oriented, assertive, and communicative individual with a strong focus on quality
You have good knowledge of MS Office and are familiar with SAP
You are fluent in German and English, allowing you to communicate with our global partners
