- Collaborate with the Technical Co-Founder to define and execute the overall vision and strategy of Novapolis.
- Develop and implement business plans, operational strategies, and growth initiatives within the Web3 and privacy-preserving technology space.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including investor relations, pitch preparation, and negotiations with a focus on Web3 and blockchain investors.
- Build and manage a high-performing team across various functions, including marketing, sales, and operations.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances in the Web3 ecosystem to drive business development.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
- Champion the company's mission and values, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Proven experience as a founder or executive in successful Web3 startups, particularly in the blockchain and decentralized tech industry.
- Strong background in business development, operations, and strategic planning within the Web3 space.
- Demonstrated success in securing funding from venture capitalists and other investors, especially those focused on blockchain and privacy-preserving technologies.
