Key Areas of Responsibility
- Support inquiries from internal and external customers about invoice payments
- Support inquiries of expected date of deliveries of an order and order confirmation
- Requisition to Purchase Order workflow questions
- Return questions and support
- Employee reimbursement inquiries
- Pricing questions and inquiries
Working Relationships:
This Job Reports To (Job Title): Supervisor Supply Chain Management Concierge
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma
Experience:
- Minimum:
- 3+ years of experience accounts payable or purchasing
- PeopleSoft, Onbase, GHX
- Preferred: Healthcare experience
Language Skills
- English
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with the ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity.
- Persuasive, collaborative business acumen with the ability to influence others.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced working environment
- Requires standard computer skills (Excell, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic information technology policies, procedures and best practices must be willing to learn new technologies and techniques.
