Grenzen-los e.V. is a group of people who support individuals with mental and/or addiction disorders in maintaining and/or regaining their maximum personal autonomy.

We are currently seeking 1 support specialist (m/f/d) (social work, occupational therapy, health/nursing care, special education) for our location in Hagenow to work full-time (39 hours per week) in our day group.

Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Requirements:

  • a state-recognized qualification as a social worker, occupational therapist, health/nursing care professional, or special education teacher
  • the ability to handle mentally ill individuals in a person-oriented and resilient manner
  • knowledge of office and internet programs
  • a valid driver's license
  • a strong willingness to learn
  • knowledge of the person-centered approach
  • the ability to write reports focused on the needs of the individual
